Long-Term Care
At the residence at the center of our efforts, we do all that we can to provide a safe, home-like environment for each resident to ensure that each can live a life to its fullest and with the best quality. Every bed is certified for skilled services and staffed with licensed nurses trained to meet the needs of our geriatric population. Ridgeview and Ridgewood Health Services are equipped for residents requiring IV services, wound care, enteral feedings, and postoperative care, as well as those experiencing complications from acute and chronic disease processes.

Rehabilitation
Our rehabilitation program is designed to accommodate individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, cardiovascular illnesses and surgeries, general weakness, and other medical diagnoses.
We offer a short-term rehabilitation program that allows individuals to recover from various illnesses, surgeries, and other medical diagnoses in order to return to their prior level of functional independence. Our program allows each individual to benefit from specialized treatment designed to meet their physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy needs. Additionally, skilled nursing services are provided to maximize each patient’s outcome. Our rehabilitation program is also available for individuals in need of long-term care living arrangements. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are available alongside ongoing skilled nursing services, assistance with activities of daily living, and enhanced socialization. We are committed to the comfort and care of our residents.

Physical Therapy
Physical therapy focuses on rehabilitating individuals after an injury or decline in health while restoring mobility and providing pain relief.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy focuses on individual improvement of daily living skills and helps individuals increase functional ability to perform self-care tasks. Occupational therapy also makes recommendations for adaptive equipment that may be needed to increase overall independence.

Speech-Language Pathology
Speech therapy focuses on improving functional communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing ability for both adults and children.

Social Services
Ridgeview and Ridgewood provide medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident, as well as any matters for grievances and concerns or discharges from the facility. Our Social Services department is also highly focused on the Advanced Care Planning method and making sure that each resident is living a life of the best quality and has a plan for the future.
